WARRNT is a product of AMORA BYTE LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Coral Springs, Florida, USA. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the WARRNT SMS-based financial assistant service (“Service”).

By using WARRNT, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Phone number (used as your primary identifier)
• Business name
• Owner/contact name
• SMS message content sent to WARRNT

Information collected through third-party integrations:

When you connect financial tools (such as Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, or Clover), we access limited financial data on your behalf, including:

• Revenue and payment summaries
• Invoice data (amounts, recipients, status)
• Expense categories and totals
• Account balances (read-only)

We only access data necessary to provide the Service. We never access or store your banking credentials directly. All third-party connections use OAuth 2.0 authorization, meaning you grant and can revoke access at any time through the respective platform.

Information collected automatically:

• Timestamps of messages sent and received
• Service usage metadata (e.g., features used, error logs)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and operate the WARRNT financial assistant service
• Respond to your SMS queries with relevant financial data
• Execute actions you explicitly confirm (e.g., sending invoices)
• Improve service reliability and performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use your information for:

• Advertising or marketing to third parties
• Selling or renting your data to anyone
• Training AI models on your personal financial data
• Profiling or automated decision-making beyond the Service

3. How We Protect Your Information

• All OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption via Supabase Vault and are never stored in plaintext
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Webhook requests are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signatures
• Database access is restricted using Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring each user can only access their own data
• We maintain append-only audit logs for all financial actions
• SMS message history is stored securely and used only for conversation context

4. Data Sharing

We will never sell, share, or distribute your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any information collected through the WARRNT text message service to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This commitment applies to all personal and financial data collected through our SMS messaging program.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with third parties, except:

• Service providers: We use Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), and Supabase (database hosting) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.
• Financial platforms: When you connect a service (e.g., Stripe), data flows between WARRNT and that platform as authorized by you.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

5. Data Retention

• Your account data and conversation history are retained while your account is active
• If you opt out (reply STOP), we retain only the minimum data required for compliance (phone number, opt-out timestamp, consent records)
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@warrnt.com

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke third-party integrations at any time
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

7. Children’s Privacy

WARRNT is a business service and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
