Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WARRNT, an SMS-based financial assistant service operated by AMORA BYTE LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), registered in Coral Springs, Florida, USA.

By texting WARRNT or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

WARRNT is an AI-powered financial assistant that operates via SMS and iMessage. The Service allows small business owners to:

• Query financial data from connected platforms (Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, Clover)
• Create and send invoices
• Send payment reminders (“W-Notes”)
• Receive financial summaries and insights

WARRNT is NOT a bank, payment processor, licensed financial advisor, tax preparer, or accounting firm. The Service provides informational summaries based on data from your connected platforms. You should consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US-based business owner or authorized representative to use WARRNT. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to connect the financial accounts you link to WARRNT.

3. Account and Consent

When you first text WARRNT, you will go through an onboarding process that includes providing your business name, your name, and verifying your phone number via a one-time passcode (OTP). By completing onboarding, you consent to receive business finance text messages from WARRNT.

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your queries and for service-related notifications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

WARRNT will never execute a financial action (creating invoices, sending payment reminders, canceling invoices) without your explicit confirmation. Before any action is taken, WARRNT will describe exactly what will happen and wait for your reply of “yes” to proceed. Replying “no” cancels the action. This is a core safety feature of the Service.

6. Pricing and Payment

WARRNT costs $79 per month per business. A 14-day free trial is available for new users. Payment is processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting WARRNT or contacting hello@warrnt.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Third-Party Integrations

WARRNT connects to third-party financial platforms via OAuth 2.0 (secure authorization). We only request the minimum permissions necessary. You can disconnect any integration at any time through the respective platform’s settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages to the WARRNT number
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service if you are under 18

9. Limitation of Liability

WARRNT provides financial information as reported by your connected platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WARRNT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by the Service
• We are not liable for errors, delays, or failures in third-party integrations
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim

10. Intellectual Property

WARRNT, the WARRNT wordmark, Warren the mascot, and W-Note are trademarks of AMORA BYTE LLC. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by replying STOP and contacting hello@warrnt.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
